Dale Thibodaux

Dale Thibodaux began farming rice in the Midland-Morse area of Louisiana in 1980. Back then, he farmed 1200 acres, but since forming the Thibodaux Ag Group with his brothers Randy, Stephen and Ralph, the group has grown to farm 8,000 acres producing about 250,000 barrels of rice yearly. This family business started with grandfather Ovey’s rice farm in the 1920s, continued with his son Emery, and now includes Dale’s son Ross. That’s four generations of Thibodeauxs proudly producing the finest rice in the world.
