White Medium Grain Rice

Supreme’s Medium Grain White Rice is shorter grained and plumper than its long grain counterpart.  Medium Grain is the sticky, soft and slightly clingy variety of rice that is ideal for sushi. The cooked grains are moist and cling together. This type of rice has good cohesive quality and is often used in dishes that require a bit more creaminess, like rice soups, paella, risotto, casseroles, rice pudding and other desserts.  Available in 5 lb., 10 lb., 20 lb., 25 lb. and 50lb. bags.
